Srikhand overnight oats.  

If you like desserts like srikhand, you will love this srikhand flavoured overnight oats.  I made it for three days and this recipe makes three portions.  

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cups oats
  • 2 scooped vanilla protein powder 
  • 2 scoops PB powder 
  • 250g unsweetened soya yogurt 
  • 1 cup plant based milk – I use unsweetened pea or soya milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp melon seeds 
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds and 
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds 
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 pinch saffron strands
  • Cardamom powder to taste 
  • Optional toppings: pomegranate seeds, nuts of your choice, other fruit 

Method:

Mix all ingredients except for the toppings and store in the fridge overnight.

Serve with a choice of your toppings.

I usually also add a little milk in the morning to soften the consistency.
