Art/Craft Therapy
Any art or craft activity is known to reduce stress, unbalanced emotions (like anxiety, depression) and calm the heart. And as we calm the heart the ripple effect is on our mind/ mental body becoming quiet and relaxing our physical body, thus being very good for overall emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being. This helps you have an improved quality of life by developing a healthy soul, heart, mind and body.

Various glass painting techniques, mosaic, creative cement art, crochet, knitting and other techniques. Suitable for different age groups and demographics. I have had the honour to teach all ages, from children to adults, both neurotypical and neurodivergent or Special Educational Needs, and also individuals with other disabilities that would need additional support, children from the age group of 7 onward.
Over the years I have learnt various crafts and have been teaching many of these via various mediums, including Zoom sessions, group sessions and 1-2-1 sessions.
During the Covid19 Lockdown, on Zoom, we learnt crochet, knitting and many other crafts. Many of the attendees mentioned how these sessions were therapeutic and helped with their mental health.
Below are details of various workshops. The 2 hour workshops are suitable for teaming building events at work or a hen party or a birthday party and many more. The 10 session workshop is to learn a technique, at a flexible pace, from start to finish.
10% of the fees will be donated to charity. These charities help support loneliness, emotional, mental and physical health. These crafts sessions help with de-stressing, healing of unbalanced emotions like anxiety, depression, and are very good for overall emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being. It is important to contribute to charities that bring the same well-being for others. Find the list of charities in the T&Cs.

Glass Painting Course
10 sessions: 1 – 2 hours each (depending on group size. 1 – 5 people 1 hr, more than 5 people – 2 hrs.)
£400 (all materials included)

In this 10-session course you will learn how to paint on glass, creating the stained-glass effect on different surfaces. Starting on flat surfaces and moving onto making candle holders.
You will start by working on flat surfaces, from acetate, acrylic to glass. Then you will move onto vertical surfaces. Finally you will choose a project of your own choice (time permitting)

In this session you will learn how to paint on acetate bookmarks.
You will be given a pre-prepared design, you can choose a bespoke design. In this workshop, you will be guided to paint using glass paints on the bookmark.

Bookmark Making Workshop with HAD.org
This was an amazing evening with Harrow Association of Disabled people. HAD runs a once a month club for young adults, where the attendees do various activities for about 2 hours of the evening.
Well done to all the attendees for creating such beautiful bookmarks. Each of them brought out their artist side and used different colours to paint on these pre-prepared bookmarks using the glass painting technique.
Mosaic coaster making workshop
2 session workshop. Session 1 – 2 hours (In-person), session 2 – 30 minutes (Zoom)

Learn how to make the mosaic coaster from start to finish in this two session workshop. This workshop is done with pre-cut, smooth finish tiles (therefore no tools are necessary), so very safe with any age.
Day 1 is a full 1-2 hour class where you will be guided to arrange and glue the tiles in place. As the drying process could take more than 24 hours, the second session (usually on Zoom), will be a few days later. This is a very short session to guide you to mix the grout and grout tiles on the coaster. You will also be instructed on further cleaning, polishing and finishing touches that will be done once the grout dries.
