Balancing, grounding and stamina.

With all my years at the gym where I attended quite a few sessions of body balance and body combat, where we learned how to do balancing while kicking, or with balancing poses like the tree pose, I had never felt so stable and balanced.  I always had a weaker leg and after a few seconds both of the legs would lose some balance and start shaking.

Over the last two years of boosting the Lower Dan Tian and Kundalini, has increased my balance and stability and my core feels so good.  I have never been able to hold the tree pose with so much stability before. Usually I have to look at a fixed spot on the ground to maintain my stability.  Today I tried it with my arms flying about and my eyes were definitely not fixed on a spot.

No wonder a lot of modalities and martial art forms strengthen their Lower Dan Tian for balance, grounding and stamina.  Martial artists work on this for more than a year before going onto their usual practices.  Qigong, Tai Chi, Taoist practitioners also work on the Lower Dan Tian regularly.  It also helps with boosting your energy, immunity, stamina and vitality and much more.

Dr & Master Sha is not only a medical doctor but a TCM doctor, an acupuncturist and a master of Tai Chi, Qigong, Feng Shui, I Ching, KungFu, and he has incorporated all the wisdom from these modalities into Tao healing.

Come join me once a month on Saturday in the Boost your energy, immunity, stamina and vitality healing and meditation session where you will learn how to boost the Lower Dan Tian and Kundalini. Please confirm date with me before booking: Link to book.
