Back to healthy skin

Over the years my skin has been very dry, flaky, itchy and had eczema in certain parts of the body.  The winter months, when the heating is on, are even more harsh to my skin.   There were times when I would scratch my skin until it was bleeding and very painful with the cuts from my nails.  Many of my friends, family and work mates, mentioned that I need to cut my nails really short so I do not scratch too deep.  Unfortunately, that did not help either, because the scratching did not stop, and I still managed to cause cuts and my skin would bleed.

A number of years ago, one of my aunts introduced me to a skin specialist (thank you Taruna mami), who advised me to stop all animal products and dairy in my diet.  So there began my semi-vegan journey as I had a love of cheese, chocolate, ice-cream, paneer and eggs that I was not able to give up that easily.  My mum,💜love her soul💜, told me off for eating too much cheese.  But I did start with soya milk to begin with, which I found really sweet as I was not used to sugar in my coffee.  So one of my other aunts introduced me to Alpro light as that was not sweet at all (thank you Ansuiya masi).  Eventually after a few years of semi-veganism, I decided to go vegan and change my diet completely.  That helped to a certain extent but I still had a few areas that were still white with eczema and in winter I would still have dry, flaky and very itchy skin.

Since my Tao healing journey began, I have been doing practices, self healing and Tao healing practices and with higher level treasures for the skin, my skin has improved significantly.  Most eczema has gone, and for the first time this winter there was no dry, flaky or itchy skin.
